Ambika, a courageous student who left an easy paying project and took the risk of joining the dream called EV Research, holds a Master’s in Botany and Ph.D. in Forestry (Forest Pathology). She is in love with fungus, in particular forest fungi, and believes fungus like mushrooms, etc. are important constituents of life on this planet.
Raman Nautiyal

Raman, a Ph.D. in statistics, is a core quantitative investigator specializing in analytics, research design and using statistical logic to understand natural phenomena. He loves playing with data and drawing scientifically and logically valid inferences from numbers. He enjoys talking to numbers and feels they are the best friends one can have.
Vijay Raj Singh Rawat

Vijay, VRS for all of us, is an expert on issues faced by the world on Climate Change. He is specialized in Forest Ecology and Environment and has a rich experience of almost 35 years in structure and functioning of forest ecosystems, Clean Development Mechanism, REDD+,Capacity Building in Climate Change and the list is endless. To add to his promising achievements, Vijay was a member of India's Core negotiating team at UN Climate Change negotiations at the UNFCCC continuously for 10 years from COP 14 in 2008 to COP 23 in 2017.

An imaginative and who dreams with eyes wide open, she is in love with the well-known phrase coined by Albert Einstein “I am enough of an artist to draw freely upon my imagination”, Trishla is looking forward to address the serious climate related risks in her own way.
Shailja Khanna
Head, Quantitative Analytics
Shailja has a Master’s degree in Statistics and is working for her Ph.D. in statistics that will lead her to a specialization in sampling. She is working on aspects and applications of controlled sampling designs. She has been teaching Bachelor’s courses in Statistics for more than five years. Her pursuit in finding challenges in applying soft computing to statistics made her approach Ev Research where she demonstrated her quick learning skills.
